Growing in Christ!!
(Preschool - 5th Grade)

will burst with energy, excitement, and true Bible learning. Every

in every lesson and are exposed to a substantial scope of Bible
stories at all age levels.

the concepts learned during midweek confirmation classes. Each Sunday we will
build on the knowledge learned earlier in the week. We invite you to join us!
Teen Issues!!

and Mike Mosmeyer as they discuss many topics affecting our youth of
today. Stress, money, dating, and peer pressure are just a few
of the topics to be covered. Come join in!!!

New Member
Orientation – Steve Black
An introduction to King of Kings prior to becoming a new
member. Come learn about King of Kings; its facilities, people,
and ministries. Contact the church office if you are
interested in this class.
Foundations of Faith
– Pastor Doria
From Creation to the Sacraments,
from the Two Natures of Christ to the Liturgy, from various
denominational beliefs to teh ancient creeds, one will learn more
about many foundations of the Christian faith.
How to Share
Christ Confidently
– Ed Schweninger
Many things inhibit us from sharing
Jesus Christ as comfortably and effectively as we could - shyness, a
belief we lack sufficient knowledge, communication skills or
pessimism. Above all, there is fear. Satan's strategy is
to exaggerate the difficulties in witnessing and to minimize our
God-given potential and opportunities. This class will help
enable and empower you to give personal testimony about your Lord
and Savior.
The Sign Of Jonah -
Travis Kersten
This in-depth study follows Jonah on his journey of faith in the
Book of Jonah and reveals at the same time some very Lenten concepts
that guide us on our journey with Jesus on the way to the cross.
This class begins Feb. 21st.

Every
football team huddles up after each play. Basketball
teams call timeouts to regroup. Race car drivers have to take a pit
stop to refuel and get new tires. In one way or another, we all need
to take time to be recharged due to our busy lives. In addition to
our worship experiences, we at King of Kings established Home
Huddles to offer an opportunity for you to be recharged, refreshed,
and renewed.
Our small group ministry exists to
build friendships while learning and sharing about God’s work in our
lives. To grow in knowledge of God and in fellowship with one
another are two of the foundations of the Christian faith. All Home
Huddles are open to receiving new attendees, so feel free to join
one or talk with our pastor about starting your own Home Huddle.

CONFIRMATION
CLASSES TOP Confirmation is a public rite of the church
preceded by
a period of instruction designed to help baptized Christians identify
with the life and mission of the Christian community. The rite
of Confirmation provides an opportunity for the individual Christian,
relying on God’s promise given in Holy Baptism, to make a
personal public confession of the faith and a lifelong pledge of
fidelity to Jesus Christ. Both the first and second year classes
focus on the primary teachings of the Scriptures and Luther’s
Small Catechism, focusing on the Ten Commandments, Apostles’ Creed,
The Lord’s Prayer, Baptism, The Lord’s Supper and the
Office of the Keys/Confession. Interactive, devotional, and creative
elements all enhance the scriptural studies and memory work assigned.
This two year class is offered to students in 7th and 8th grade.
High school students who never went through a Confirmation course
are also able to attend a similar type of instruction if desired.
